Bonnie has been a member of the team since 1997.  She loves working with buyers and sellers, but her primary service is handling our settlements. For our sellers, that means from the minute you have your home under agreement until we hand your proceeds check to you at settlement.  For our buyers, it is from when the home you want is under agreement, through all of the inspections, you have mortgage committment and we hand you your keys to your new home at settlement. Bonnie makes it a pleasant & memorable experience. She has been married for 39 years, is the mother of 2 girls and grandmother of 2 boys. Her hobbies are her family, reading, and watching any sports event.
