  Bonnie was a member of the team since 1997.  Her primary service is handling our settlements. For our sellers, that means she is in touch with you from the minute you have your home under agreement until you receive your proceeds check at settlement.  For our buyers, she is in touch with you as soon as your new home is under agreement, .....through all of the inspections, mortgage committment, etc until I hand your keys to you at settlement. Bonnie works behind the scene and makes it a pleasant & memorable experience. She has been married for 39 years, is the mother to 2 daughters and grandmother to 2 boys. One of her most prized possessions is her Golden Retreiver, Lexi, who is 3 years old.  Her hobbies are her family, reading, looking through cookbooks and creating new meals and all sports, most especially football.

  Wendy has been with Bob Aldinger for 6 years. She is our Listing and Marketing Manager. She tracks all of the showings, makes sure your home is on all of our websites, and in all of our print media.  She keeps in touch with our sellers and mails out informative marketing reports.  She has a background in photography and takes and processes the photographs for our visual tours that more and more buyers want to see on the internet. Wendy is married and has a son and daughter. Her favorite past times are reading, watching her children participate in various sports, being a Cub Scout leader, being active in church, and helping others. She brings her own unique personality to the office and you will enjoy working with her.
